Infographic Recipe Concept

One of my life side-quests: experiment with alternative presentations of recipes.

How about an infographic-like presentation? Like this:

Why might you prefer this presentation?

• See the ingredient measurements when and where you need them. (ingredients are colored blue █ , so they're still easy to scan)
• Quickly see what a recipe involves: components in yellow █ are going to take effort or time.
• Read all the words you need, and none of the words you don't.
• Easily see what parts of the process can be done simultaneously.
• Use your short-term visual recall to know what step you're on, at a glance.
• Use your long-term visual recall to help you fully commit the recipe to memory.
